Store Policies / Services
Special Orders

We will gladly accept your special orders for items we do not currently have on hand. These include items we stock, but in larger quantities, out-of-stock items and items we do not stock.

We reserve the right to request a deposit or payment in advance for unusual, large or expensive orders.

Once received, we will call you and reserve your item for 2 weeks. You may call for an extension of 2 weeks beyond this.
Returns

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Your receipt allows you full credit or replacement as you desire.

Returns without receipt are made with a manager‘s discretion, and customers will be given store credit to be used on a current or future purchase.

Supplements may be returned once opened within the limitations stated above. Where receipt is absent, we will deduct 20% of the original price on non-sale items.
